2. Data We Collect

  • Identity data: Name, date of birth, government ID numbers (PAN, Aadhaar)
  • Contact data: Mobile number, email address, business address
  • Business data: Company name, GSTIN, business registration details
  • Financial data: Bank account details (for verification via penny drop only โ€” not stored permanently)
  • Usage data: Login timestamps, IP addresses, transaction records
  • WhatsApp API data: Phone numbers, message delivery status (message content is not stored)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate our software services
  • To verify identity (KYC) as required by law
  • To send transactional notifications via WhatsApp/SMS
  • To process payments and payouts
  • To comply with legal obligations (RBI, PMLA, IT Act 2000)

4. WhatsApp API Usage

We use WhatsApp Business API via authorised Business Solution Providers solely for transactional messages, OTPs, and service notifications. We do not use WhatsApp data for marketing without explicit consent. Message content is not stored beyond delivery confirmation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) KYC API providers (Sandbox.co.in) for verification, (b) Payment partners for payout processing, (c) Law enforcement when legally required. All third-party sharing is governed by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as required by law (generally 5โ€“7 years for financial records under PMLA). Non-essential data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

7. Data Security

We implement encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

Our web platforms use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any service provided by Shronix Technology Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Shronix Technology provides software products, API services, custom development, and payout solutions for legitimate business use only in India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legally registered business entity in India. Individual consumer use is not supported for payout services.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use services only for lawful, legitimate business purposes
  • Do not use our platform for chit funds, pyramid schemes, investment schemes, online gaming, cryptocurrency, or any activity that violates Indian law
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures
  • Maintain confidentiality of your API credentials and account passwords
  • Immediately report any suspected unauthorised access to your account

5. KYC & Verification

All clients onboarding for payout or financial services must complete mandatory KYC verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination and legal action including FIR filing.

6. Payment Terms

  • Software licence fees are due as per agreed invoice terms
  • Payout services are prepaid โ€” funds must be available before disbursement
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Disputed transactions must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date
  • Refunds processed within 7โ€“14 business days as per product policy

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Shronix Technology unless a source code transfer agreement is executed in writing. Source code purchasers receive a non-exclusive licence for their own business use only โ€” resale or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Shronix Technology is not liable for: (a) losses arising from misuse of our platform by clients or their end users, (b) technical downtime of third-party APIs or payment networks, (c) regulatory penalties arising from client's non-compliance with applicable laws, (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Fraud & Misuse โ€” Zero Tolerance

Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of our platform will result in: (a) immediate account suspension, (b) reporting to law enforcement (ED, CBI, local police, FIU-IND), (c) civil and criminal legal action. The responsible party shall indemnify Shronix Technology for all costs, damages, and legal expenses incurred.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account with 7 days notice, or immediately in case of policy violations, fraud, or illegal activity โ€” with no refund obligation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Your Right to Data Deletion

Shronix Technology respects your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. This page explains how to request deletion and what to expect.

What Data Can Be Deleted

  • Your name, mobile number, and email address
  • WhatsApp message history and notification logs
  • Account profile and preferences
  • Any other personal information stored in our systems

What Cannot Be Deleted

Certain data must be retained by law for regulatory compliance:

  • Financial transaction records (required for 5โ€“7 years under PMLA and IT Act)
  • KYC documents submitted for payout services (required under RBI guidelines)
  • Audit logs mandated by applicable law

How to Request Deletion

Deletion Timeline

  • Acknowledgment within 3 business days

  • Backup systems purged within 30 days

Third-Party Data

If your data was shared with KYC providers or payment partners, we will request deletion from those systems โ€” subject to their own legal retention obligations.

RBI & PMLA Compliance Policy

Regulatory Framework

Shronix Technology operates its payout and fintech services in strict adherence to:

  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Payment System Guidelines
  • Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and Rules thereunder
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Nidhi Rules, 2014 (for Nidhi company software)

Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Mandatory KYC is required for all business partners using payout services:

  • Business registration documents (GST, MSME, or Company registration)
  • Authorised signatory Aadhaar and PAN verification
  • Bank account verification via penny drop
  • Business address and nature of business declaration
  • Periodic re-KYC as required by regulation

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Controls

  • Transaction monitoring for unusual patterns
  • Reporting of suspicious transactions to FIU-IND as required under PMLA
  • Maintenance of transaction records for minimum 5 years
  • Regular risk assessment of onboarded businesses
  • Enhanced due diligence for high-value or high-risk clients

Prohibited Activities โ€” Zero Tolerance

  • Chit fund collection or disbursement
  • Collective investment schemes or ponzi operations
  • Online gaming, betting, or gambling
  • Cryptocurrency or virtual asset transactions
  • Unauthorised deposit-taking activities
  • Any activity that violates RBI, SEBI, or Nidhi Act regulations

Payout Processing

All payouts are processed through authorised payment system operators and banking partners holding valid licences from RBI. Shronix Technology acts as a technology service provider and does not hold or manage client funds directly.

Compliance Reporting

We maintain full cooperation with regulatory authorities including RBI, ED, FIU-IND, and law enforcement agencies in compliance investigations. Any suspicious activity identified is reported as required by law.

Liability Protection Clause

Shronix Technology shall not be held liable for misuse of its platform by onboarded clients for prohibited activities. Full legal responsibility for misuse rests with the client entity and its authorised representatives. We actively pursue civil and criminal remedies against misusing parties and fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
